My approach
A systems-thinking approach to complex workplace
I look beyond surface symptoms to uncover the structural conditions, policies, and power dynamics that shape everyday experiences-so we solve the right problem, not just manage the symptoms.

My Philosophy
Most organisations are trying to solve the wrong problem. They treat symptoms with individual-level solutions while the system that creates the problem remains unchanged.
I use research-informed analysis and a human-centred lens to make the invisible visible-so leaders can make high-leverage decisions with confidence.
The lens I use: Carol Bacchi's What's the Problem Represented to Be? (WPR) approach
This research-informed framework helps us relook at the question itself. It reveals how problems are constructed, whose interests are served, and what assumptions shape our responses.
-
We examine the problem as it is commonly framed.
-
We uncover the ideas, values and beliefs behind the framing,
-
We identify what's missing and who is unseen.
-
We analyse the effects and consequences.
-
We design more ethical, practical and sustainable ways forward.
-
Better questions, clearer thinking, fairer decisions, and stronger outcomes.
